🧩 January 29 is National Puzzle Day, a great excuse for some collective brain exercise. Crosswords, Sudoku grids, or classic jigsaw puzzles challenge us to think in lots of ways. Scientists have even found that working on a jigsaw puzzle engages multiple parts of the brain at once, helping to sharpen our memory and problem-solving skills as we search for the one piece that’s a perfect fit.
